Fallon Fox is an American mixed martial artist that is openly transgender. She is the first transgender female fighter in the sport. She made public her transgender identity when she switched to female in 2011 and made it public. Fallon is a passionate advocate for gender equity and a strong supporter for the LGBTQ community.

Manuel

Manuel Fallon Fox was 26 years old when he decided that he wanted to become a professional boxer. He was enrolled in Jeet Kune Do when a girl approached him about a sparring session. Manuel decided that he would meet her at the nearby boxing facility. Manuel and the young girl were instructed by an overzealous boxing coach to spar. He also hit Manuel hard in the process.

Manuel has only fought professionally three times, and his first two bouts was an amateur bout. His career was filled with injuries. His back injuries, shifting priorities within the bureaucracy and the pandemic have all caused him to miss a number of fights. His promise to return to boxing is still unfulfilled.

Her relationship to a gay man

Fallon Fox is an MMA fighter who has received a lot attention because of her love affair with a gay man. Fox was born as a biological male. She struggled with gender identity at an early age. In her teens, Fox was certain she was gay. She did not know there were transgender individuals at the time.


As a result, she began researching transgender issues, which ultimately helped her to transition. She learned about transsexuals, many of whom had waited for decades. She eventually lost all her hair. Eventually, she underwent several surgeries that would complete her transformation into a female.

She had gender reassignment surgery

Fallon Fox was a male born, but struggled with gender identity in her teens. She thought she was gay in her teens, but she eventually realized she was transgender. In the end, she chose to have gender reassignment. She went to Thailand for the procedure and received a series of operations.

Fallon Fox was a teenager when she first heard the term "transgender". From a young age she started questioning her identity and began taking her mother’s clothes as a way to play dress up. Although her family did not support her decision to have gender-reassignment surgery, she was able to serve four years in the Navy, becoming an operations specialist, second class. She enrolled at the University of Toledo after her divorce in 2007.

Her MMA career

Fallon Fox announced that she was retiring from mixed martial arts after a loss to Amanda Nunes UFC 215 in February 2018. She also said that she will no longer compete in the sport. In February 2017, she declared her intention to retire. In July 2017, she returned to the octagon and fought Raquel Pennington, losing a unanimous decision. Fox has not competed since then.

While her MMA journey was short, it is important to note that she became a prominent advocate in support of transgender athletes. Born as a male, she struggled with gender identity from an early age, believing herself to be a gay man. She did not know there were other transgender individuals in the world.
