After May travel restrictions prevented them from holding the bout in May, ONE Championship has rescheduled the atomweight grand Prix to September 3. The strawweight title fight, quarterfinal round and a quarterfinal of the ONE Championship atomweight Championship will be featured at the event.

Alesha Zappitella (defending champion atomweight) is the Invicta FC champion. The former strawweight is on a four-fight winning streak, and is considered one the best atomweights in all of the world. She is known for her solid hands and grappling prowess. She is a Scorpio Fighting System trainer and previously trained at Knoxville MMA and Strongstyle MMA.
Xiong Jing Nan
Xiong Jing Nan is currently the reigning ONE Women's Strawweight World Champion. In 2018, Tiffany Teo defeated her to win the title for the first time. She has since made six successful title defenses, including a victory over Angela Lee last year. Xiong, however, recently announced that she will be moving down to atomweight.
Stamp Fairtex
Atomweight Stamp Fairtex won in under 30 seconds her first match and continued on her Muaythai career. She fought more 80 times and won many titles. Stamp was also the first ONE Championship participant and had the best performance in tournament history. She was six years old when she started Muay Thai.
Ayaka Hamasaki
Ayaka Hamasaki is one of atomweight's most dominant fighters. She has won victories over Emi Fujino and Seika Izawa in recent bouts. She also won three consecutive rounds and is undefeated from nine bouts. Her professional record is 23 wins and five losses. She has also won three fights through stoppage. Her average fight length of 2.2 minutes.
Magdalena Czaban
Czaban, a rising star in Poland, is one the top prospects for MMA. Czaban stands at 155cm and is the former Junior Atomweight World Champion. Her success in the sport has shown that MMA can be a great place for anyone to succeed.
Alesha Zappitella
